Around the Lakes Property Management Limited was established in 2008 to answer the need for qualified, professional condominium management services in the Muskoka region. The company has grown along with the popularity of the condominium lifestyle, and has offices located in Alliston and Huntsville to service clients in Simcoe County, Muskoka, Parry Sound, Haliburton and Kawartha Lakes.
Since we live and work in or near these communities, we recognize the challenges and unique needs of condominium corporations located beyond the greater Toronto area, and are proud to provide a complete package of management services and the same high standard of service that similar corporations expect to receive in larger centres.
We recognize the important commitment that Board members undertake when they volunteer to serve and our mandate is to support their commitment by providing comprehensive services based on extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of condominium corporation operations, the Condominium Act, 1998 and the new Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015 and Condominium Management Services Act, 2015. We also understand that while this may be a “business” to us, we are managing the homes, lifestyles and assets of many diverse individuals, and we strive to create and maintain a personal and long-term relationship with our clients.
